A lot of shorts out there this morning on MEDC. Hopefully I got in at a good time ($4.06). I just re-read their press release and am impressed. And this is a nice little plus: >>>In addition, Becton Dickinson is making a $1.5 million equity investment in Med-Design through the purchase of 300,000 shares of Convertible Preferred Stock, convertible into Med-Design's common shares at $5.00 per share<<< We should see some buy's coming in shortly once MEDC bases...loos like she's done that here around 3 3/4 - 4 range.
