For the six months ended 7/31/98, net sales totalled $2 million, up from $56 thousand. Net loss totalled $12.8 million, up from $1.1 million. Revenues reflect the 7/11/97 inception of Internet selling activities. Higher loss reflects increased hiring and facilities expansion.
