Sticking to my "1999" guns.

A Starnet franchisee:
- Takes a month to get set up.
- Has to market their casino and rack up accounts.

This all takes time. November's explosion makes sense for licensees that were signed up in the Spring/Summer.

Meanwhile, Starnet's filling the pipe with new operators, who may or may not downstroke $100k.

I like how gaming has surpassed the adult. They must be looking a little more carefully into a sexsite sale by now...
