That is what I expected. The company has not been "hyping" their situation or their stock and is busy letting the product development speak for itself. The insiders and sponsors have much at stake. That speaks to the character of the company and what their intent is. The feedback that the company has gotten has been good but OEMs are waiting for more extensive confirmation that the product will work under various working environment scenarios: The product will face different concerns if it is mounted in an automatic teller located in the open environment than it would if mounted on a PC or otherwise at comfortable temperatures and humidity. Manufacturers need to know where the technology will work and where it won't work - every piece of equipment has it's limits. If the product proves to be viable for an extended range of applications, that's great. But even if the product proves to have limitations, there are many applications that it can serve. Pierre seems confident that it will work very well in devices that will meet extremes in temperature and other environmental conditions. He explained that the analog portion of the device is not dependent on temperature and humidity - any 'drift' in incremental readings is relative. They are targeting cellular phones and other outside ambient condition environments. If it proves to work there, it should work about anywhere. But even if that runs into a road block, there will still be plenty of other large applications - such as PC validation, entry security and bank teller finger readers.
