If we do a quick and dirty adjustment based on fully diluted shares of 39.5 vs 28.6M, then my $4 estimate would be more like $3. Still quite a ways from 50¢.

This is a good example of the need for companies to report fully diluted earnings. Thanks Phil. BTW, what do you feel a share of MII is worth?
