SYQT has placed around $50 in convertible preferred stock and has swapped its Accounts payable for stock and Notes Payable, for another $20 million or so, the net result is massive dilution of the shares (over 65%). . All of the details are in the SEC filings and SYQT press releases, there is also a wealth of information in the SYQT folders (all 11 of them, over 5,000 messages) on the Montley Fool on AOL.
