No one has ever credibly maintained that what Reagan and associates did was treason. The Cold War executive orders gave the Executive broad powers over foreign policy.

Prior to that FDR clearly violated the Neutrality Acts. That was a clearly illegal act.

As for Clinton, he has made the Dem party the party of perjury. They will decide in the Senate whether he is removed. That will be bipartisan.
