I think so too. Why in the WORLD would this not all happen SOON? TRC gets the $6M, possibly some Locations, Shareholders, and a Listing. ROTI gets to STAY alive. And get their debts paid off. Not to mention the prospects of their shares 10 bagging it. ??????????????
