I am not familiar with that Mboard either , who knows whether it is a good board to give a fair benchmark on K6-2 400 .
It is important to realise also that as the clock speed goes up then PII's cache becomes more of an advantage as it is running at 200mhz on a PII-400 . This is why the K6-3 must be released soon to put AMD in the lead , perhaps giving a performance enhancement equivalent to as much as 2-3 clock speeds . Don't forget the K6-3 cache will not only be twice the size of Celeron but also double the speed of PII cache .
The K6-3 400 could be faster than a PII - 550 .
