Aitch,
You have a good evaluation of the situation. However, the markets will constantly reevaluate the situation and react to it. The more likely Clinton stays, the more relaxed the market. The more likely he goes, the more uncertain the market. This issue will be influenced by other economic events. It is not a stand alone issue.
