SHARE COUNT TIME! :-)
Hey folks, not much action today and, of course, it's quite possible we won't get any news until late in the year regarding a 10SB being filed.
So as there appears to be some quiet time, I think now is a good time to do a PLRP share count with you all. I'm up for it. With some of the recent posts, it's clear that a good handful of us are long and some have really loaded up. Curiosity has gotten the best of me: How much of the float do we thread-followers have?
As I understand it, there are 8M shares in the float, with 4M tied up for one thing, 2M tied up for another, leaving 2M truly "floating" around. (Is that right, Colleen?)
Of the truly "floating" float, how much do we have?
Here's how it will work: Private Message me or email me your share count (email is Chris2508@aol.com). You do not need to include your name (anonymous email is ok). In any event, no names, zero names will be posted with the numbers. I know that privacy is a very important matter with this kind of thing. Send me your information up until the close of market on Thursday. Then on Friday morning (12/18) I will post the following:
1.) The number of people who responded
2.) The total number of shares tabulated
I will not post individual share count details lest people start guessing what number belongs to what person.
When you send me your info you are obviously not under any commitment to hold your shares for a set length of time, however, feel free to share with me your thoughts (ex: "I own 20,000 shares and will sell at .50" "I plan on holding for at least two quarters" etc.). I would like to tabulate (so to speak) the gist of these comments so we can all learn where we are coming from. (If you make a comment you do not want me to share or tabulate, please specify). Of course, this comment thing is optional. The main event is to count up the numbers.
