No, TransPoint's BIS has always had the flexibility to permit a biller to link back to its own site for any purpose, including customer service, product promotion or more detail on bills. As with any new technology application, there will always be exceptions to the norm, especially with large customers. The beauty of BIS is that it's flexible enough to accommodate any request from billers. Best of all, it's free. This stands in sharp contrast to JIT's BillCast server, which carries a $150,000 price tag and can only deliver summary data. lol, TP does have a good fiction writer. TP keeps saying "can only deliver summary data"...which in my opinion is the whole point, most billers don't want to give criticle data to MS, FDC or Citi. Benny
