I will absolutely vote NO for the buyout. What a joke!! Based upon the last quarter's EPS of .04 the annualized yield at $2 per share is 8%. At .05 its 10%. I have stuck with this company from the beginning. The fruit of CHGO's labor and my investment is starting to payoff. Buyout...no way, no how! Regards, JM2C
