Mr. X: For me it's just another piece of the analytical puzzle. For you it's how many shares you will have to see the stock plow through before you qualify to get your money back. That of course is dependent on two small things. First if the company stops printing and privately placing shares and second if those getting the year round Christmas presents stop filing 144's and dumping the cheap stock first chance they get.
