Thanks, soup for injecting some useful information into this board. It amazes me how Apple doomsayers can eat up all of the negative press about Apple, but when an informative article such as this one rolls by, their eyes glaze over. The point of this article, and much of what I've been seeing in the last few months is that the computer marketplace is changing. Anyone who assumes that conditions are going to continue along as they have been either is fooling themselves or just doesn't understand the technology. And figuring out what the future will be like does not mean looking at a copy of "The Road Ahead" (you can decide which edition or revision.)
