Are you nuts? AMD should be betting the farm on K7, not K6-3. And with the questionable schedule of the K6-3 along with the positive hopes for an early K7 release, it seems that AMD may be doing just that.

I wonder if the K7 isn't going to be much of an improvement integer-wise over the K6-3. Floating-point will shine in the K7, particularly since the K6-3 will still have a wimpy FPU. But perhaps there's a reason why AMD is emphasizing the FPU of the K7 over the integer performance.
