I see, but I don't get what you're driving at; remember, I'm a novice.
I see similar gaps at both days' open, with a slow and surpassing afternoon recovery yesterday, and something of a fill-in-the-gap late this morning, with a likely (projection, here) continued modest increase this afternoon, as word gets out.

Regarding the PR, its clear that TSIG has big things planned. It appears they're preparing for significant volume both via the web site and the teleservices aspect: the obvious tie-in between the two, on the one hand,and; perhaps substantial volume increase on the teleservices aspect completely unrelated to CCI, on the other hand.
