Okay...so NAI_Insider is not a sales person! Doesn't rule out that he could be a manager or director person getting in his gripes about the company. I would say more manager level than director level. There's something in the tone of letter that tells me he's not in the director level... A possible motivation for NAI Insider posting this stuff is that he could not get passed the "manager level" glass ceiling and probably got fired instead at the end. This person is obviously hiding his insecurities behind the "language" thing...this definitely tells me he was a manager level person... likely a newbie manager. ("Language" is not a director level person's top concerns. They got other worries to deal with!!! And I know they can be more fouled mouth than a bunch of drunken sailors...
