Since this is a legal thread, it is interesting to note that the poster of that press release specifically violated the copyright notice by posting it!

I read the start of this thread and then jumped to the end, so I don't know whether the issue of copyright infringement vs. fair use in posting copyrighted press releases and other "public" information has been discussed. It's not my field of law. Is it for any others?? Was posting that notice itself actionable? (Maybe we'll find out by another legal suit distributed here?)
