Thanks for the alert, JM2C. I know now what it means to be a LONG TERM investor. :-( After the dust has settled, the share price ought to be around $1.50 and if things look good I may increase my holdings. Wonder how they got into this situation? I may just drive on up from DC to ask some questions at the special meeting.
