John Hwang (The spokesperson quoted on behalf of Cohesive) Managing Partner, San Francisco/Silicon Valley Region John Hwang is founder and managing partner of Cohesive's Web Systems Practice (formerly I.Consulting). He oversees all day-to-day activities of the practice, including sales, engineering and project management. Prior to founding the Web Systems Practice, Hwang held positions at Oracle, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and IBM, where he was actively involved with technologies related to client/server, interactive television (ITV) and SNA. Hwang holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Stanford University.
