Truth and justice for all its citizenry - come on folks police perjury under oath for brutality and it is believed????? The truth is that the system is not equal and was never meant to be --- it has always been meant to be imperfect --- human error and judgement is taken into account - - by creating a uniform Truth and justice across the board is doomed to make all guilty of something no matter how minor it may be - you spit on the sidewalk 5 years jail, you spit on your property 5 years jail - - - - Truth and obstruction is civil - Barr used it when he got divorced (twice), Go sit in divorce court for a day or two and I promise that you can arrest almost everyone there for perjury under oath of some form...... You can not equate this to a high crime, if that occurs then, one day it will be used against you as it is against Clinton and you fuse constitutional and civil laws and end separation of powers.
