With regard to one narrow issue of your question list....

I have received by FAX (upon request) a copy of the page which shows the auditor's sign off on the audit. I am told, but cannot confirm, that the packages which are being sent directly to shareholders include that cover letter. Looks pretty boiler-plate to me.

It will be important for everyone to read *all* the accompanying Notes, as that is where many of specific peculiarities of the TSIS situation are set forth.
