Yes, the company does not want the price to get ahead of itself and attract daytrader activity. These guys control 80% of the stock. Therefor it is in their best interest for the stock to move up on merit and be held by longer term traders who want to see the shares move because of results. I think you will see the share price build slowly until they release results. John
