VERY IMPORTANT RESEARCH POST-PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got confirmation of an incident that I was told about 2 or 3 weesk ago, but back then I had put it in the "rumor" category. Apparently some Chileans-ie Quiano, those associated with Geo-datos and other from the Chilean mining community purchased between $750,000 and $1,000,000 US worth of MDIN stock some 4 to 5 weeks ago. They informed MDIN management subsequenct to this and management responded "BS"..ie we would surely have noticed 10 million shares of buying in the market! The chilean group responded by faxing up a bunch of purchase confirmations, totally nearly these numbers. MDIN management immediately called Quiano and apoligized. What happened was 3 or 4 market markers acting in unison shorted approximately 8 to 10 millon shares of buying. Not 1 share was printed on the OTC-volume. These shares have been called in for registration over the last ten days. Another fact that came to my attention was that of the 46 million issued and outstanding shares we have, approximately 12.5 million of thse are in the name Quiano and other venders-ie people that MDIN purchased land from. These shares are held by management "in trust".(This accounts for all the recently issued shares.) The venders names are on the certs in registered from. With all of the volume we've been seeing in the last month or so; 1 of 2 things had to be happening: 1) Venders dumping shares 2) Shorts being very active #1 is ruled. Our short number which was already huge at about 10 million has recently gotten much bigger-my guess right now is 20 million plus. The MM were shorting the crap out of MDIN believing the new paper was flooding on the market. That's pure BS. The Shorters days are numbered!
