That same release also refers to a mythical attempt on Cramer's part to short-sell WAVO, so I'd certainly want to take it with the usual allotment of NaCl.

CNBC was being turned into a "get an interview and double your market cap" machine for wannabe Internauts. That needed to stop, and to an extent still does. WAVO is right back where it was pre-interview hype, and actually a lot higher than three weeks ago, so I don't see how it can claim any real damage.
