Charles,

There are 2 powers which want DCTC down
first is Shorts, they want to buy back as low as possible;
Second is trader who is looking for lower entry.among those traders are some current shareholder who sold most of their holdings and now is looking for buy back at bargain price.

anyway, All party agree DCTC has a bright future and is a long term buy,so Shorts couldn't rest on their short position and traders want to get in alap(as low as possible)and ASAP.
