Both the Nokia early entry to 800 and 1900 CDMA phone uses TI DSP. Even the up coming 2nd generation of CDMA phone based on their DCT3 core are also using TI DSP. I don't think you have a reliable source of info regarding TI's DSP customer. From my experience at Motorola, some of the later GSM Network gear also use TI DSP (TRAU card), and some the same equipment is modified for CDMA as well.
