Geneva, Switzerland - The United Nations appealed Tuesday for $376 million in aid to help millions of North Koreans survive chronic food shortages and health problems in 1999.

Pyongyang - The KPA soldiers, inspired by Kim Jong Il's thorough and resolute will, are leveling guns of revenge at the enemies, with burning hatred.
