JDN, SYNT has given multiple sell signals and is one of the uglier charts I have seen. Don't know what the news is, but it can't be good. I could not give you any positive info based on the P&F chart. EPS is .59 and PE is 20 as listed at Yahoo, but there has got to be more to the story. JXM
