bob - no difference; this is nothing more than a press release that confirms the obvious: Microsoft is a leading operating system, application, and database vendor. Naturally, it follows that every systems consulting firm from one man shops to to the Big 6 to CATP will provide solutions that incorporate Microsoft products: Yippee ! this press release is an absolute ZERO as far as substantive business information goes.
