G'day all - dear Mark, my guess is the end of Jan 1999 for the next earning release [since last Q was released on Oct 23rd.]

Also, the sale of TSL was consummated:

biz.yahoo.com

Does anyone know this ESP Solutions outfit [it looks like a private co.]

BVSI is really a puzzle to me. I have other dogs - well, I only have dogs, my new year resolution should be to examine my investing habit <SG> - but they deserve to be dogs. Not so with BVSI. Except for the sudden resignation of Mr Gergacz, everything looks good for this company after 2 years of struggle. It has relationships with major vendors like Sprint, AT&T and even Nortel Networks. It has gotten its act together by unloading assets deem underperforming. And according to Mr Brennan [in the above release,] it has a good backlog [albeit without quantification.] ROE is in the 20s percentile. Trailing P/E may be lowered by the sale of asset, but P/S was below 1.0. It has little debt but the stock is struck around when R2K bottomed in Oct. a little above the book.

I ve heard of value stocks, but this is unbelievable. Could it be there might be something we [outsiders] don't know? Or is it really the market is that inefficient?

Too many questions!

If I don't talk to you guys again before 1999, have a great holiday season.

best, Bosco
