I think you understand that and I have counseled them to buy on a dip of 15 to 30%. The latter happens about once a year.
Thats great, Eric, but what if the stock goes up 35% to 50% while you are waiting for the 15% to 30% dip? The way Cisco moves you can lose a lot of money waiting!
