Well, after three years of watching this sad story, the end appears near. Revenue of just $864,000 compares to $13.2 million last year. Operating expenses were $14.5 million, giving them a loss of $14.7 million. Cash is almost gone. They have $4 million in assets, and $10 million in liabilities. Total stockholder's equity now negative. Sure they settled the lawsuit - the plaintiffs can now get in line with the rest of the creditors. NASD de-listing may be a moot point: unless they get a very large infusion of capital very very soon, these folks should be getting ready to close the doors.

What a ride its been.
