These people that are selling for tax loss,will not be able to buy it back cheaper than they sell it now. They have to wait for 1 month before they buy it back,if they want it to count as a tax loss. And one month from now the stock could be triple,from these now levels I buy almost every day stock and average down. If people liked the stock at .35 and do not like it at .18 then they are poor investors. News could come as a surprise this time.
