Not a bad appraisal, though froth with politics as well it might be since it comes from the American Enterprise Institute. I'm surprised you understood it enough to post it. Long term the markets don't mind politics, short term they often do. It really depends on if you're a long term investor or trying to capitalize on short term opportunities.
