I second this.

Going with the copyright aspect of your posting, I belong to an organization where the newsletter/journal editor made the decision to publish it on a web site as well as on paper. When he did this a number of us decided not to submit any articles precisely because people do not respect an author's copyrights in cyberspace the way they do in the real world.
