Sorry Bill this isn't rocket science material. Richard J Rubin, of New York filed the SEC disclosure for ADVR Aug 1996. If you think there is confusion all you do is call the NY Bar Assoc and find out if there was a Richard J. Rubin licensed then or now. Try it. You will find that the only Richard J Rubin they have a record of was disbarred In 1995. How long will your investigation take? It is cover ups like this that raise questions regarding every phase of ADVR including the drug and the studies. This statement by you is less than forthcoming dont you think? This doesn't damage MY credibility, it damages yours. "To use a recent example; we do NOT as yet have confirmation that the Richard Rubin disbarred is the same that acted on behalf of ADVR."
