Ander, a very good post. i guess it appears that if the company would decide to sue someone for posting libelius messages on the internet it could be taken as an indication that they have nothing to hide, and are willing to defend their good name come hell or high water. on the other hand if they are skumbags, and really dont want to have anything exposed to public light, you could most likely be able to get away with saying anything you damm well please about them all over the internet and anywhere else you would want to, right>>??? Cause they wouldent dare defend their good name, right? They would never sue you if they themselves know they misled everyone. They wouldent want it proven in court. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Then, I guess it all depends on wether anyone has the stones to call Eutros Bluff and see what happens. if you honestly feel that they have broken laws and would never defend themselves against libel, why dont you go ahead and egg them on and see how they respond, ???? good luck
