I can appreciate what you are saying, but does one have to be guiltless to sit on a jury and convict someone else of wrongdoing? --

I think the only thing the house members need to decide is

1) is there evidence of a crime that warrants a trial

and

2) are they going to do their duty.

I am with Christians on the other side.

Forgiveness is Clinton's the moment he turns to God and asks for it. No question.

Consequences may remain, though. If our nation's government does not punish wrongdoing it will flourish -- all the more in its leaders. I think our nation needs a trial as does Clinton himself.

I can't see inside Clinton, but some have used religion as a pretense or for ulterior motives. I hope this is not the case with Clinton ...
