RE: DELL ONLINE SERVICE AND SUPPORT: THE NEXT GENERATION You know this announcement today is something not many seem excited about....IMO this is something that will determine future market share and continued market share in a very very big way....Dell got to the top in great part due to their service...this surely can't hurt....
