I apologize for being unclear in my post to this newsgroup. I did not say nor did I mean to imply that unhappy shareholders did not exist just that they did not make their presence known at the final proceedings between Gravis and ACCO, as a matter of fact I was not there either but was informed that only officers of Gravis and ACCO and associated persons showed up.

The concern I addressed was where my company was part of some plot to hide information from shareholders which is so much hogwash. I will not waste my time answering the lies and innuendoes from persons who hide behind anonymity in this newsgroup but I publicly state my apology for offending legitimate shareholders that have legitimate concerns.
