Hi Frank,

Thankyou. I've done fairly well the last couple of years but I would have done MUCH better if I had just bought and held rather than try and trade the market. Actually, I wouldn't class myself as an active trader anymore. On days when the market goes nuts, I usually just shut CNBC off and ignore the whole thing. I find the worst thing I can do is listen to the gloom and doom the analysts babble. (except for Abby Joseph Cohen and Joe Battipaglia)
