ahhaha: Good summary! I don't have a problem with your feelings toward the FCC...but they have a difficult problem,i.e;, to allow competition to rein based on survivor of the fittest and/or to enforce and monitor restrictive controls to encourage competition and fairness... The problem is that every business is based on risk/reward incentives. And no business wants to encourage its own defeat...so not knowing how the FCC will play out the information age controls precedence may rule, at least for the first few companies out of the starting gate - and perhaps many months down the road until they have a handle on the issues. So status quo may prevail! and so nothing done is an implied acceptance! at least till challenged by the little guy! (MHO) FNS
