Well, I have to respond. IMO, the Republicans are going to Censure Mr Clinton, via a vote to IMPEACH in the house. A house vote to IMPEACH that is not upheld in the Senate is a form of Censure. Only, it can't be erased like a real censure. The net result is the same.... Nothing happens, except Mr. Bill gets a little dirt on his record. Will the market respond to that? Most market houses already view this as a foregone conclusion. jc
