ROTI is alive either way (through Hartan, Inc.--our wholly owned subsidiary and Tanner's franchisee), but we want the merger, and we want Clyde Culp! I hope that when this deal closes, we can get a new ticker symbol, so that we can bury the image of Harvest as it was formerly known... Anyone know what the hangup is now? Still fiddling and playing games with the SEC?
