Let's crank it up folks. How about a little contest as when we'll see trading again in MIDL. Just finished reading the SEC filing. Seems as though Fisher double crossed them more than once. Still chasing him. Most interesting factor from my point of view is that Mark Pierce still owns 3400 shares of the Preferred A Series stock. Secondly, Company is now allowing Prefferred A holders to exchange their stock to common, but that the company does not believe there are enough shares to cover. Has anybody out there thought about exchanging Pref A for common? jcmoore
