Excellent point Rob........

The tax law does allow first in first out. An investor in BNEZ could sell his pre-reverse split shares or higher priced shares bought after the reverse split of BNEZ and have a nice big tax write off and still own the bulk of his BNEZ. I believe he couldn't buy any more BNEZ shares for 31 days to use the loss as a write-off. This could definitely account for some selling. My gut tells me things will really pick up after the 1st of the year.
