GT,
Thanks for the post.
I have found very few books to be clear and/or concise regarding Gann, especially those written by Gann. He believed in his students should "earn" the knowledge.
What are the very few books that you have found to be clear and or concise?
I do not use Gann, per se, in my trading. Have you incorporated any of his techniques into your trading? Nevertheless, I have read books by and about him. I own how to make profits in commodities, and have looked at both of his master courses, supposedly, 3 of his better works. I've also read Marisch's book "gann a simplified approach" which I found to be useless. I'm also familiar with the works of Brad Cowan, Bryce Gilmore, and Don Vopodich (sp), who touch upon some Gann stuff.
I agree with you about someone learning (earning) the knowledge. You just have to make sure the knowledge is worth learning in the first place. Considering all the gann related stuff I have seen, it seems most of the stuff out there by and about him, is not worth the time, imo. I would appreciate any thoughts you have on this... talk to you later
Regards,
Frank
