If you send the message directly from the web site, it gets delivered almost instantaneously. The 20 minute delay maybe caused by the delay in your office e-mail or on Sprint's receiving side.

Anyway, it is pretty cool. All we need now is a higher resolution and bigger text displays. 4 lines by 12 characters is kind of crude. The little wheel on the QCOM phones makes things a lot easier.
